We are looking for a Social Media Manager to create engaging content and grow our online community!
Full-time, on-site position in Rovaniemi, Finland.
Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications;
- Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement a social media strategy in line with business objectives;
- Create and share engaging content in accordance with brand guidelines;
- Work with other team members such as the video editor, graphic designer and digital marketing specialist to create social media content and advertising campaigns;
- Set weekly editorial calendars;
- Ensure brand consistency;
- Communicate with followers, respond to comments and engage with meaningful content created by other accounts.
Requirements
- Two years’ proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role;
- Excellent command of English;
- Strong writing and communication skills;
- Relevant experience of managing content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn;
- Analytical and multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to design creative content (text and images) using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator;
- Video editing skills a plus;
- Experience of Lightroom and Premiere a plus;
- Good knowledge of Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian or German a plus.
