We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our international team in Rovaniemi, Finland, and help us create unforgettable experiences for guests from all over the world! We provide complimentary shared accommodation as well as a financial incentive upon successful completion of the internship.
Internships starting from October 2026
Duration: Between 4 and 6 months.
Completion Bonus
This internship is remunerated with a bonus, which is paid as a lump sum upon successful completion of the internship period.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English.
- Fluency in at least one other language.
- Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish (a plus).
- Positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Available Positions & Responsibilities
Booking Interns
- Greeting customers and selling souvenirs.
- Replying to incoming emails.
- Processing reservations and bookings.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Providing customer service.
- Organising and cleaning overalls and equipment.
- Supporting office operations as required.
Guide Interns
- Assisting our professional guides during tours.
- Driving customers safely on guided tours.
- Explaining Lapland’s culture, nature, and way of life.
- Communicating with guests in English or other relevant languages.
Operation Interns
- Assisting with staff arrangements and tour planning.
- Supporting guides and coordinating vehicles.
- Monitoring daily operational activities
- Communicating job expectations and assisting with team coordination
- Supporting departmental objectives,logistics, purchasing overall handling.
