Work as a Hotel Spa Therapist
AT AITO IGLOO & SPA RESORT
We are looking for part-time and full-time Spa Therapists to join our team at Aito Hotel & Spa Resort starting in October 2025, on contracts ranging from 3 to 12 months with a high possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality wellness and beauty treatments to guests and visitors
- Ensure all equipment is sanitised between uses
- Maintain cleanliness and order in spa facilities and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Clean and restock restrooms regularly
- Handle spills promptly and safely using appropriate equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Collect and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards
- Assist guests with their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Carry out other related tasks as required by the company
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to complete tasks independently and on time with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
- Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills
- Valid driving licence and related driving experience considered a plus
