Day 1 – Welcome to Lapland

Feel the thrill of driving a snowmobile through the Arctic forest or across a frozen lake. A short but exhilarating adventure perfect for first-time riders and experienced snowmobilers alike.
Northern Lights Hunt with Lappish Barbecue
Duration: 3 hours
Venture into the Arctic wilderness with an expert Aurora guide. Enjoy a campfire barbecue and, with some luck, watch the Northern Lights dance across the sky.
Campfire BBQ includes one pork sausage, marshmallows, and hot blueberry juice (vegetarian/vegan options available on request).
Day 3 – Luosto & Saariselkä

Day 5 – Magical Moments in Rovaniemi

Trip to Santa Claus Village
Duration: 5.5 hours
Visit the enchanting Santa Claus Village, one of Finnish Lapland’s most beloved destinations, and meet the jolly man himself in his office! During this tour, you’ll cross the official border of the Arctic Circle, stop by the Elfves’ Post Office to send postcards to your loved ones, and enjoy a hearty lunch buffet in the village’s restaurant.

Northern Lights Photography Excursion
Duration: 4 hours
On this Northern Lights excursion, a professional photographer will capture your moment perfectly and edit each shot with care, so you leave not only with amazing memories but also with stunning, high-quality photos you’ll be proud to take home.
Includes hot drinks and professional photos emailed to you within 3 to 5 days after the event.
Day 6 – Snowshoeing & Ice Fishing Experience

Snowshoe Hiking Experience
Duration: 2 hours
Explore the scenic surroundings of Aito Resort off the beaten path on this easy snowshoe hike through the Arctic wilderness. Follow our guide for a joyful winter experience!

Ice Fishing Experience
Duration: 1.5 hour
Try one of Finland’s traditional winter activities on a frozen lake. Learn how to drill through the ice and fish in true Arctic style while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. After the experience, warm up in a cosy kota restaurant where salmon (or your catch) will be prepared.
Includes fishing equipment and a barbecue lunch with salmon (or your catch), Lappish bread, and hot blueberry juice (vegetarian/vegan option available).

Day 7 – Goodbye Lapland!

Good to Know
A minimum of 2 travellers is required per booking.
Infants under the age of 3 can be added to the booking free of charge.
Each guest will receive one complimentary Wellness Pass per night of their stay at Aito Resort, providing 2-hour access to the Thermal Suite and Lakeside Sauna. Signature treatments (including massages, head therapies and facials) are not included. Each session must be booked in advance at reception.
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa centre. Thank you for your understanding.
Sightings of the Northern Lights are not guaranteed as they depend on weather conditions and solar activity that are beyond our control.
Activities are shared (non-private) and may be conducted in groups of up to 60 participants, depending on the season.
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions and operational requirements.
Snowmobile drivers must hold a valid driving licence and be over 18 years of age.
Children who are 150 cm or taller may ride on the passenger seat of a snowmobile. Children shorter than 150 cm must sit in a sled pulled by the guide’s vehicle.
Snowmobile tours are not suitable for children under the age of 4.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
To confirm your booking of a pre-arranged or tailor-made holiday package, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Balance:
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Full Payment Discount:
Guests who choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking will receive a 5% discount on the total package price, provided that the booking is made at least 75 days before arrival.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your booking at any time; however, all payments made are strictly non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen changes or cancellations.
